Tane(たね) means seed and offspring in Japanese. As it refers to, I started a journey, opening a flower studio since 2019 in Korea, with big potential and hope. Tane Flower mainly focuses on Ohararyu Ikebana lessons and also have participated in numerous workshops and events hosted by Japanese Embassy and Ohararyu Seoul Chapter.
Now, Tane Flower starts its’ new journey here in Portland, Oregon, surrounded by the beautiful nature.
Ikebana Ohararyu | いけばな 小原流
Ohararyu has been developing flower arrangement style on the basis of Moribana, as our lifestyle changes, adjusting to the modern spaces. Ohararyu is a foundation distributing Ikebana with 146 chapters in Japan, and 64 chapters abroad.
Ikebana International (I.I.) is a worldwide, nonprofit organization dedicated to the promotion and appreciation of ikebana.
The motto of the association is “Friendship through Flowers” and any person or organization accepting that objective is welcome to join us as a member of Ikebana International.
Tane Flower is a member of I.I Seoul Chapter #268 since 2021.
